It is used in adults for the relief of signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. In conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, excess production of prostaglandins by your body can lead to pain and inflammation. Celebrex 100mg Tablet works by decreasing the production of prostaglandins, effectively reducing pain and inflammation.
Do not take Celebrex 100mg Tablet if you are allergic to Celebrex 100mg Tablet or any of its ingredients. Inform your doctor if you had reactions to sulfonamide medicines, suffer from ulcers or bleeding in the stomach or intestines, or experienced adverse reactions to NSAID medications like aspirin.
Before starting the treatment, inform your doctor because it is recommended to not take this medicine if you are pregnant or are breastfeeding. Do not take this medicine if you have severe liver or kidney disease, have inflammatory intestinal conditions, or have heart-related issues such as heart failure, heart disease, or circulation problems. Additionally, if you have had surgeries on leg arteries or have a history of blood circulation problems, this medicine usage should be avoided. Celebrex 100mg Tablet contains lactose. If you are sugar intolerant, consult your doctor before using this product. This medicine is for adults only, it is not for use in children.
Inform your doctor about if you have a history of stomach or intestinal ulcers or bleeding (avoid if currently present), are on acetylsalicylic acid or antiplatelet therapies, use blood clotting or corticosteroid medications, or simultaneously use other non-acetylsalicylic NSAIDs like ibuprofen.

Rarely, Celebrex 200mg capsule may cause severe allergic reactions such as hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, swelling or watery or bloody diarrhea, severe stomach pains, and possible stomach ulcers. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience severe allergic reactions.
Rarely, Celebrex 200mg capsule may cause severe skin reactions including rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, difficulty breathing, rapid heartbeat, or signs of an allergic reaction such as muscle aches, a fast heartbeat, or a fast or irregular heartbeat.
More severe allergic reactions, including swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, difficulty breathing, or severe allergic reactions, including severe pain in the chest, clammy skin, and severe blistering of the skin, may occur within 4-8 hours after taking this medication. Celecoxib is used in the treatment of infections caused by bacteria. It is also used in combination with other drugs to treat an infection.
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, loss of appetite, joint pain, headache, chest pain, toothache, stomach pain, and sleep problems may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly. Remember that your doctor has prescribed this medication because he or she has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects. Many people using this medication do not have serious side effects. Tell your doctor right away if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: problems with memory, confusion, memory loss, sexual dysfunction, urinary problems, difficulty urinating, a rash, itching, swelling, redness, blistering, peeling, or peeling of the skin, faster heartbeat, chest pain, dizziness, skin rash, or skin that looks like a reddish infection-free pea-sized red bump. Thisamelask should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Talk to your doctor about your use of this medication. Tell your doctor if your dosage has changed from '200 mg' to '400 mg' or if you have any other changes, perform any other changes to your dosage before antacids begin to bind to Celecoxib. Do not use extra weight on patients who have problems with memory or who have stomach or intestinal ulcers. Ask your pharmacist for a list of all of your past medications. Tell your pharmacist about all your health issues, including heart problems, that have been combined with Celecoxib because they affect your heart and intestines differently.
